Automation Test Engineer

What you will do

• Develop and maintain automated end-to-end, integration, regression, and performance tests.
• Perform software product testing, investigate issues, and conduct manual testing when automation is not yet available.
• Write defect reports and feature requests, reproduce product defects, and troubleshoot their causes.
• Collaborate with developers to determine defect resolutions and support testing plans for new features.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional software testing experience.
• Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks, methodologies, test design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience designing integration test suites, testing REST APIs, and using Cypress or a similar end-to-end testing framework.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and using Git-based collaborative workflows.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies, with strong analytical, debugging, documentation, and collaboration skills.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph is required.

Nice to have

• JavaScript or TypeScript programming skills.
• Experience with microservices, Playwright, Selenium, Jest, Mocha, Postman, Supertest, or performance testing tools such as k6 and JMeter.
• Experience with contract testing, Docker, Kubernetes, test data management, mocking, accessibility testing, visual regression, security testing, or BDD frameworks.
• Familiarity with Go, Node, Python, cloud test platforms, test reporting dashboards, and mentoring junior test engineers.
