Quality Technician (Medical Manufacturing)

Location: Cleveland, Mississippi, United States; onsite manufacturing facility

Salary: $40,000–$50,000 annually

What you will do

• Perform product sampling, functional testing, and other required tests.
• Document test results and follow applicable specifications, procedures, and forms.
• Conduct department audits and assist with running protocols.
• Review specification and SOP changes and write SOPs for the assigned area.
• Apply measurement methods, weight scales, dimensional and visual inspection techniques, and SPC techniques.
• Follow plant environmental health and safety regulations and support additional assigned duties.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in a related field or 0–3 years of related experience.
• Successful completion of the Career Readiness Certificate.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds and lift items above shoulder height up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to reach above shoulder height, climb ladders, bend, stoop, and stand for long periods.
• Attention to detail, mathematical competence, accurate sampling skills, and familiarity with computer systems.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship or sponsorship transfer is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with controlled documentation and specifications.
• Willingness to cross-train within the assigned area.
