Gummies Technician I (DAYS)

Location: Onsite in New Albany, Ohio, United States; day shift. This role does not provide immigration sponsorship or support, including completion of the Form I-983 training plan required for STEM OPT.

Salary: $37,000–$60,000 per year, with potential annual performance bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Safely operate, monitor, adjust, start up, shut down, and change over gummy manufacturing equipment.
• Monitor equipment parameters and perform critical safety, quality, and process checks.
• Troubleshoot common equipment issues and escalate safety, quality, or equipment concerns when needed.
• Perform cleaning, sanitation, housekeeping, documentation, and quality control activities in accordance with cGMP standards.
• Handle materials using powered industrial trucks, pallet lifts, hoists, and related equipment.
• Complete preventive maintenance, required training, and support the training of other employees.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 2 years of related experience and successful completion of the hirify.global Technician Program.
• Must have or be able to complete Powered Industrial Trucks certification training.
• Basic math, measurement, conversion, equipment adjustment, and quality control skills.
• Working knowledge of cGMP, sanitation, industrial safety, manufacturing standards, Microsoft applications, and Manufacturing Execution Systems.
• Must be able to work onsite in New Albany, Ohio, without immigration sponsorship or support.
