What you will do

• Read work instructions, assembly drawings, routings, bills of material, and work orders.
• Assemble electrical and mechanical components, instruments, subassemblies, and test kits.
• Test units and prepare finished products for quality inspection.
• Operate automation, filling, labeling, testing equipment, and related software.
• Document production and quality issues, perform cycle counts, and maintain an organized work area.
• Participate in lean manufacturing and recommend improvements to production processes.

Requirements

• One to three years of production assembly experience.
• Ability to interpret manufacturing drawings and work instructions.
• Experience with mechanical or electrical product assembly is preferred.
• Ability to perform ERP transactions and complete production documentation accurately.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to work on-site, stand and move for extended periods, lift up to 25–50 pounds, and use required PPE.
