Maintenance Technician (Weekdays) (Robotics)

Location: Waddell, Arizona, United States; onsite

Salary: $33 per hour base pay, plus a $1.00 shift differential and a 5% target quarterly bonus.

Red Bull North America operates a production and material-handling facility requiring maintenance of automation, robotics, and related equipment.

What you will do

• Execute predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, robotic, and material-handling equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and prioritize responses to maintain high equipment availability.
• Operate tools and electrical testing equipment to install, repair, and maintain facility systems safely.
• Manage CMMS documentation, work orders, critical spare-parts inventory, and high-severity issue escalations.
• Coordinate contractors, support operations, mentor technicians, and serve as a subject matter expert on equipment use.
• Perform safety inspections, audits, documentation, housekeeping, and continuous-improvement activities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience with material-handling equipment, automation, conveyance, or robotics.
• At least 2 years of experience performing predictive and preventative maintenance.
• Experience across electrical and mechanical disciplines, including mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and PLC-based control systems.
• Experience with CMMS, equipment troubleshooting, safety oversight, power tools, machinery, blueprints, and CAD drawings.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance requirements such as OSHA and NFPA 70.
• Ability to communicate in English and work onsite in Waddell, Arizona. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally and work around moving mechanical parts and outdoor weather conditions.

Nice to have

• Packaging operations and high-speed automation experience.
• Experience overseeing and influencing other technicians or operational staff.
