What you will do

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production machines and facility equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Perform equipment calibration, testing, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs.
• Work with PLCs, single- and three-phase electrical systems, cranes, robotics, and CNC machines.
• Use hand and power tools and material-handling equipment safely while maintaining clean work areas.
• Record maintenance activities in the CMMS and follow applicable safety standards.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong electro-mechanical background with experience reading schematics and electrical wiring diagrams.
• Experience with single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.
• High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree or technical training is preferred.
• Availability for the onsite second shift schedule in Columbus, Ohio, overtime, and occasional Saturdays.
• Safe use of tools and material-handling equipment.

Nice to have

• PLC troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with Impulse or another CMMS platform.
