Distribution Manager

Location: Boston Hub, United States; hybrid schedule with three days onsite and two days remotely. Domestic travel is required. No relocation will be available.

Salary: $120,830–$181,246 per year.

What you will do

• Lead daily warehouse and distribution operations across multiple business lines.
• Drive continuous improvement, productivity gains, cost optimization, and service performance.
• Align warehouse capacity and distribution capabilities with business demand alongside Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Demand & Customer Planning.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, productivity, service performance, and processing timeliness, communicating trends and risks to stakeholders.
• Manage third-party logistics providers, transportation partners, and parcel carrier operations.
• Improve end-to-end fulfillment processes, service levels, and customer satisfaction across channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations management, engineering, or a related technical field is highly desired.
• Strong experience in distribution, warehouse, or transportation operations.
• Experience managing third-party logistics providers and transportation partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems such as SAP, and data analytics or reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Experience managing multiple fulfillment channels, with strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work from the Boston Hub three days per week; domestic travel is required and relocation is not available.

Nice to have

• Previous SAP or similar ERP experience.
• eCommerce experience and knowledge of online consumer behavior and fulfillment processes.
• Proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to identify and implement improvements.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
