System Engineer - Wet Equipment (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Lead wet equipment definition for 300 mm wafer-level processing.
• Define requirements for cleaning, wet etch, and surface preparation tools.
• Translate process requirements into equipment specifications.
• Benchmark and select vendors while evaluating tool performance, footprint, throughput, and facility constraints.
• Collaborate with process, facilities, and integration teams to align technology needs with equipment capabilities.
• Identify gaps between process requirements and available equipment solutions, and support system testing and integration.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Mechanical, Chemical, or Systems Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience with semiconductor processing equipment.
• Strong knowledge of wet processing systems and chemical handling.
• Experience with tool selection and vendor engagement.
• New college graduate applicants will not be considered.

Nice to have

• Experience in advanced packaging or wafer-level substrate processing.
• Familiarity with fab integration considerations, including UPH, automation, and factory layout.
