Production Scheduler (Manufacturing)

Location: Brighton, Colorado, United States; on-site

Salary: $83,000–$95,000 per year plus bonus

What you will do

• Create and maintain the master production schedule for continuous 24/7 plant operations.
• Align customer orders and delivery expectations with real-time production capacity and project readiness.
• Identify critical paths, resolve resource conflicts, and address material shortages and manufacturing bottlenecks.
• Generate scheduling and materials reports covering shipment risks, labor requirements, and inventory gaps.
• Maintain accurate project data in the Infor Visual Manufacturing MRP system.
• Lead production review meetings and coordinate Procurement, Materials Management, Production, and leadership.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of production planning experience, preferably in metal or electrical manufacturing.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and strong computer literacy.
• Experience with MRP or ERP software such as Oracle, SAP, SAGE, or Infor is preferred.
• Strong understanding of material flows and manufacturing processes, with analytical and collaboration skills.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, or bend for 8 or more hours daily; background check and drug and alcohol program participation are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems.
• Training in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
• Advanced experience with Infor Visual Manufacturing.
