What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of R&D engineers developing cloud datacenter switching products.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software for hirify.global switching products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups including Architects, QA, System Test, and Product Management.
• Mentor and train the engineering team to foster a high-performance work environment.
• Manage engineering resource allocation and recruit top technical talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of experience in architecting and launching software products, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing complex software projects and cross-functional teams.
• Deep expertise in embedded platform software for switching and routing products.
• Strong knowledge of Layer 1, PHY, Kernel, and platform areas.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information as defined under U.S. export control laws (EAR).
