Engineering Manager (Electrical Engineering)

Salary: $200,000–$240,000 per year

What you will do

• Grow, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of multidisciplinary electrical engineers.
• Oversee machine architecture, pulsed power circuits, grid-interfacing systems, and circuit modeling with plasma coupling.
• Drive schedule ownership and optimization to accelerate engineering milestones.
• Lead design, analysis, and process improvements that increase engineering throughput.
• Collaborate with Research, Mechanical, and Production teams to derive system requirements and achieve program goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of engineering experience, including 2+ years in technical leadership or management.
• Experience growing engineers and supporting their career progression.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams with full project ownership and schedule accountability.
• Hands-on experience across electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing engineering disciplines.
• Ability to apply first-principles thinking to complex technical problems.
