ERP Manager (SAP FI/CO) – Japanese

Location: Hybrid in Irving, Texas, United States

Salary: $90,000–$120,000 per year plus full benefits

What you will do

• Manage requirements analysis, proposals, design, implementation, and operation of SAP ERP and related systems in financial accounting.
• Oversee project execution and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Analyze user requirements and configure or modify SAP ERP systems and programs.
• Create program design documentation and operation manuals, and conduct training sessions as needed.
• Lead and motivate project members while supporting sales, proposals, and business development.
• Analyze client inquiries and update SAP configurations for financial accounting needs.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of SAP ERP user support experience and 7 years of SAP ERP implementation experience.
• Project management and analytical skills covering requirements definition, development, and implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Effective written and verbal English communication skills are required.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Irving, Texas.

Nice to have

• SAP Certified Application Associate certification for Financial Accounting.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Business-level written and verbal Japanese language skills.
