IT Manager, WFM/HCM (UKG)

Location: Onsite in Chicago, Illinois, or Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA

Salary: $140,000–$170,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and mentor functional and technical analysts supporting UKG Workforce Management and Human Capital Management applications.
• Oversee configuration, troubleshooting, reporting, interfaces, testing, patches, releases, and ongoing application support.
• Partner with HR Operations, HRIS, workforce management teams, IT, business stakeholders, and executive leadership to define and implement technology solutions.
• Manage complex application projects, including implementations, enhancements, upgrades, package rollouts, testing, deployments, documentation, and capacity planning.
• Support UKG WFM module implementations, affiliate onboarding, SuccessFactors integrations, SAP HCM functionality, and ERP-related integrations.
• Manage vendors, consultants, contractors, budgets, change management, user training, and delivery with UKG and other technology providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Science, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience with UKG Workforce Management processes, including timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, and accruals.
• At least 3 years of experience with SuccessFactors modules and 5 years of experience with SAP HCM modules.
• Strong people management experience, including developing, coaching, and mentoring functional and technical teams.
• Experience planning and executing large, complex technology projects and translating business requirements into technical capabilities.
• Strong communication, presentation, change management, stakeholder relationship, and vendor management skills.
