Salary: $96,000β$132,000 per year.

What you will do
- Prepare project plans and coordinate deliverables from planning through implementation.
- Represent manufacturing on the product commercialization core team and transition new products into manufacturing.
- Track project deliverables and task details using reports, charts, and checklists.
- Coordinate internal resources to achieve on-time and within-budget project performance.
- Monitor and report project cost performance to the business unit.
- Research project obstacles and assist with implementing resolution strategies while contributing to intra-business-unit design teams.
Requirements
- Conceptual and practical expertise in the relevant discipline with basic knowledge of related disciplines.
- Knowledge of best practices and how the function integrates with other business areas.
- Ability to solve complex problems, analyze multiple sources of information, and exercise sound judgment.
- Ability to explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus.
- Ability to act as a resource for less experienced colleagues and lead small projects with manageable risks and resources.
