Lead Demand Planner (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Generate, validate, and adjust statistical demand forecasting models and algorithms.
• Support consensus demand planning by providing statistical forecasts, insights, and customer collaboration.
• Calculate forecast accuracy metrics, analyze demand drivers, and recommend customer-specific forecast inputs.
• Partner with Sales, Planning, Finance, Supply Chain, and customer business managers to align demand plans and resolve gaps.
• Create and model demand scenarios for customer collaboration meetings.
• Configure dashboards and reports to monitor forecast performance and identify root causes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience with forecasting, demand planning, and Sales & Operations Planning.
• Strong analytical, modeling, business, and end-market knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with forecasting and planning tools such as SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, or Logility.
• Strong MS Excel skills and experience working in an ERP environment.
• Fluent English required.
