Lead Technical Program Manager (Advanced Deposition Materials)

Location: Hybrid role with regular on-site presence required at the Danbury, Connecticut facility, United States.

Salary: $118,000–$180,000 per year.

What you will do

• Drive Advanced Deposition Materials new product introductions from concept and feasibility through release to high volume manufacturing.
• Define, track, manage, and report product introduction milestones, including sampling, development, and manufacturing stages.
• Coordinate Business Development, R&D, Engineering, Operations, and Manufacturing to meet customer, quality, and scalability requirements.
• Identify and mitigate technical and execution risks across development and delivery phases.
• Standardize product development processes, tools, and best practices while implementing efficiency and scalability improvements.
• Manage complex, high-impact programs and support customer communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience with technical projects and a strong understanding of engineering workflows, development lifecycles, or manufacturing processes.
• Strong project management skills, including risk assessment, conflict management, stakeholder management, task management, and project closure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and translating technical ambiguity into clear execution plans.
• Preferred experience with advanced deposition technologies or new product development in semiconductor fabrication or related high-technology manufacturing.
