What you will do

• Own new product development planning, execution tracking, coordination, and status communication.
• Present project status, risks, and needs to senior management and key customers.
• Lead engineering engagement for escalations, feature-development requests, and initial scoping of customer functionality.
• Partner with marketing, applications, customers, and engineering teams to define feature requirements and align on design requests.
• Mentor and develop a diverse engineering team while assessing staffing and capability needs.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical topics to diverse audiences.
• Collaborative leadership across a development organization.
• Ability to motivate teams, overcome obstacles, and maintain alignment on priorities, milestones, risks, and commitments.
• Commitment to mentoring engineers and building technical and professional capability.
