Lead Technical Program Manager, ADM (Remote)

Location: Remote within the United States, limited to MA, CT, PA, IL, TX, and NV

Salary: $118,000–$180,000 per year

What you will do

• Drive Advanced Deposition Materials new product introductions from concept and feasibility through release to high-volume manufacturing.
• Define, track, manage, and report program milestones for sampling, development, and high-volume manufacturing.
• Identify and mitigate technical and execution risks throughout development and delivery.
• Coordinate Business Development, R&D, Engineering, Operations, and Manufacturing to meet customer, quality, and scalability requirements.
• Standardize product development processes, tools, and best practices while improving efficiency and quality.
• Manage complex, high-impact programs and support customer communications that balance requirements, product marketing, and information protection.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of direct experience with technical projects, engineering workflows, development lifecycles, or manufacturing processes.
• Strong project management skills, including risk assessment and mitigation, conflict management, meeting management, task management, stakeholder management, and project closure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and translating technical ambiguity into clear execution plans.
• Must be based remotely in one of the listed US states: MA, CT, PA, IL, TX, or NV.

Nice to have

• Experience with advanced deposition technologies.
• New product development experience in semiconductor fabrication or related high-technology manufacturing environments.
