Deputy Director/Manager/Principal Technology Program Manager (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end execution of complex semiconductor technology programs and serve as the primary accountability point for stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain, and execute plans for enabling new technologies and completing technology transfers.
• Monitor data, scope, cost, schedules, and technical specifications to keep programs on track.
• Coordinate teams, customers, vendors, and technical contributors to deliver milestones and commitments.
• Identify program risks, define mitigation actions, and report progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Track meeting outcomes, action items, follow-ups, and closure of outstanding issues; travel as needed for customers, workshops, reviews, and staff meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field.
• At least 6 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Experience or formal training in project, program, or product management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, influencing, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead discussions with executives, technical experts, vendors, and customers and simplify complex information.
• The role may require obtaining a U.S. Department of Defense security clearance.

Nice to have

• At least 5 years of semiconductor program management experience.
• Knowledge of semiconductor device physics and processes.
• Proficiency in Mandarin.
• PhD in a technical field and experience delivering complex technical projects under tight deadlines.
• Experience leading initiatives, onboarding, and mentoring peers.
