Team Lead Fill (Manufacturing)

Location: Round Lake, Illinois, United States; onsite production work in a clean room environment. 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule from 6:00pm to 6:30am.

Salary: $56,000–$77,000 annually.

What you will do

• Coordinate, schedule, and direct production team members with support from the supervisor.
• Resolve equipment, process, and compliance issues and serve as the main troubleshooting contact.
• Generate and review process documentation and investigate production problems.
• Support process and equipment validation, quantitative process analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Represent the department in cross-functional and quality working teams, assigning project work.
• Train and mentor team members, monitor training, assign tasks, and develop work schedules.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
• Must not be allergic to penicillin or cephalosporin drugs.
• High school diploma or equivalent and 3 years of experience required; a bachelor's degree may reduce the experience requirement.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Proficiency with mathematics, metric and U.S. measurement standards, quantitative analysis, enterprise software, and production equipment.
• Ability to meet local physical requirements and visual acuity requirements of 20/25 near vision with or without correction.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of basic chemical and biological safety procedures.
• Understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practice regulations.
• In-depth knowledge of related manufacturing techniques and specialties.
