Inventory Control Associate (Operator)

Location: Fraser, MI, US; site-based with 0 days working from home. Monday–Friday, 12:00 p.m.–8:30 p.m.

Salary: $18/hour + 10% shift differential

What you will do

• Stock, store, and label products using FIFO/FEFO methods.
• Prepare and support shipping and loading activities.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks.
• Investigate inventory variances and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment while handling materials.

Requirements

• Read and understand written and verbal instructions and procedures.
• Communicate effectively and demonstrate attention to detail and organization.
• Analyze inventory discrepancies and solve problems accurately.
• Be available for overtime and weekend work when required.
• Obtain sit-down forklift, stand-up forklift, pallet rider, and turret stock picker certifications within the first six months, along with an MHE license or equivalent qualification.
• Lift up to 50 pounds independently and work in varying hot or cold warehouse conditions.
