Supply Chain Project Management (SCPM)

Location: Malaysia, hybrid; Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur. Travel around 20% is expected, mainly across Asia.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end supply chain projects for New Product Introduction and product lifecycle transitions.
• Coordinate EMS, JDM, and ODM partners from prototype and pilot production through mass-production ramp-up.
• Support prototype preparation, pilot-run production, raw-material readiness, purchase-order treatment, vendor management, and production-capacity implementation.
• Lead engineering change implementation with R&D, internal hirify.global teams, and suppliers.
• Coordinate product-roadmap and lifecycle activities with Product Management, R&D, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, and external partners.
• Support mass-production issues, urgent delivery pull-ins, customer complaints, product phase-out, and excess or obsolete material resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, including mandatory project-management experience.
• Experience with New Product Introduction is strongly preferred.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing or with EMS, ODM, or JDM partners is strongly desired.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, autonomous working ability, result orientation, and teamwork.
• Good English communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with ONT product management, ONT design and testing, or supply chain management.
