What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues and identify bespoke development needs.
• Design and deliver expert development programmes, workshops and learning content in virtual and in-person formats.
• Facilitate solutions that improve the influence, effectiveness and contribution of expert professionals.
• Support the evolution of the Expert Products portfolio.
• Contribute ideas, innovation and best practices to the wider People Development team.

Requirements

• Experience working in Financial Services as a subject matter expert, consultant, adviser, specialist or technical professional.
• Strong understanding of corporate Financial Services environments and the challenges faced by expert professionals.
• Experience influencing stakeholders, building trusted professional relationships and working in customer-facing roles.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience designing development solutions, workshops or learning content.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.

Nice to have

• Experience facilitating behavioural, professional or people development programmes.
• Background in psychology, organisational psychology, behavioural science or leadership development.
• Experience in consulting, advisory work or international teams and cultures.
