Network Support Technician (Japanese Bilingual)

What you will do

• Provide 24/7/365 operation and maintenance support within the Network Operations Center.
• Monitor and support network infrastructure, data centers, backbone equipment, submarine cable systems, and international transmission services.
• Troubleshoot network and infrastructure issues and escalate incidents when necessary.
• Support IT solution services and maintain stable operation of critical systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain service availability and reliability.
• Work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Must work on-site in Los Angeles, California.
• Business-level Japanese and English proficiency, spoken and written.
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills and interest in networking and IT infrastructure.
• Basic PC skills, including Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and standard office applications.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Availability for rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
