What you will do

• Support engineering activities and project tasks under guidance.
• Collect, analyze, and report data.
• Participate in process improvement, workflow updates, and standard work activities.
• Contribute to operational excellence initiatives and engineering problem solving.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, EHS, and other cross-functional teams.
• Prepare professional documentation and presentations while following safety, quality, and standard procedures.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD program in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant fields may include Photonics, Electronics, Telecommunications, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Physics, Science, or EHS.
• Final-year undergraduate and postgraduate students are welcome.
• Willingness to learn and contribute, with a basic understanding of engineering or technical concepts.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, teamwork, and a professional attitude.
