What you will do

• Support the design, development, testing, and deployment of the CWCM Input Lifecycle Platform.
• Analyze Capacity Engineering workflows and identify opportunities to automate, standardize, simplify, and reduce cycle time.
• Build practical digital solutions with Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, and related tools.
• Assist with AI-enabled workflows for comparing request inputs, summarizing missing information, and generating follow-up actions.
• Create dashboards, trackers, SOPs, process documentation, and knowledge repositories.
• Collaborate with Industrial Engineering stakeholders, module owners, and cross-functional users to gather requirements and support adoption.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field through an accredited program during the internship.
• Good academic standing.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week during the internship.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and process documentation skills.
• Ability to work safely and responsibly and support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, formulas, structured tables, and basic dashboards.
• Familiarity with Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, or Microsoft Lists.
• Basic knowledge of Python, VBA, SQL, scripting, or database concepts.
• Interest or experience in AI-assisted productivity tools, process optimization, and digital transformation.
