Process Improvement Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Provide scientific and technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and explain the mechanisms involved.
• Support Manufacturing Engineering and factory operations with technical assistance and process troubleshooting.
• Improve safety, quality, and delivery performance within the assigned process area.
• Optimize processes, make process adjustments, and support new equipment implementation.
• Develop automation-related processes and introduce new manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Materials, Inorganic Materials, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and relational databases.
• Ability to adapt quickly to complex products, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work under supervision, follow defined project steps, and solve problems independently.

Nice to have

• Experience combining R&D with manufacturing or process engineering.
• Experience in process development, process improvement, manufacturing engineering, automation implementation, or material-related industries.
