Maintenance Tech II (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment failures in a pharmaceutical production environment.
• Develop, monitor, and perform preventive maintenance procedures.
• Review equipment component failures and recommend improvements for long-term reliability.
• Maintain equipment documentation and change control in line with internal procedures.
• Analyze spare parts, develop inventory, and assist with new equipment installation and startup.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of electromechanical experience.
• High school diploma or GED; a technical associate degree is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
• English proficiency at a fluent level is required, including the ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Understanding of cGMP regulations and strong procedural writing skills.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to interpret safety, operating, maintenance, and procedure documents.

Nice to have

• Experience with CMMS, such as Maximo.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical regulated industry.
• Experience with enterprise software such as JDE, BPLM, Pilgrim, or Trackwise.
• Technical associate degree.
