Manufacturing Engineer III (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States; on-site

Salary: $120,000–$135,000 per year plus bonus; restricted stock units included.

What you will do

• Design and update manufacturing floor layouts to improve material flow, space utilization, and operator safety.
• Analyze production data and conduct time studies to identify bottlenecks, balance assembly lines, and increase throughput.
• Support capacity planning and calculate production capacity and resource requirements for scaled manufacturing.
• Participate in DFMA and NPI reviews, providing factory-floor feedback to simplify assembly and reduce costs.
• Develop SOPs and assembly instructions, and identify or design tooling, jigs, and fixtures.
• Resolve real-time manufacturing issues, lead root cause analysis, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 4–6+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in complex assembly or electromechanical environments.
• Proficiency with 2D/3D CAD software such as SolidWorks or SketchUp.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, including 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Knowledge of metal fabrication, welding, and mechanical assembly processes, with data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for 8 or more hours daily; participation in a drug and alcohol program is required for this safety-sensitive position.

Nice to have

• Experience with Plant Simulation for workflow and throughput modeling.
• Green Belt or Black Belt Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with ERP/MRP software for BOMs and work orders.
• Strong interest in continuous manufacturing process improvement.
