PC Planner II (B2) Weld Operations (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Maintain Oracle work order release schedules and reschedule discrete jobs to support on-time material delivery.
• Perform pre-shortage and work order variance analysis to improve component availability.
• Review MRP execution, reconcile supply and demand, validate master scheduling and PDS requirements, and maintain system accuracy.
• Manage Engineering Change Orders and Engineering Change Requests, including status reporting and disposition tracking.
• Participate in floor audits and production meetings, resolve WIP and inventory issues, and report material shortage commitments.
• Analyze usage and stock levels, expedite shortages, manage inventory variances and obsolete materials, and support cycle counting and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Expanded conceptual knowledge in production control, inventory control, process control, shop-floor control, or material requirements planning.
• Ability to solve straightforward operational problems using technical experience, judgment, and established precedents.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and provide informal guidance to new team members.
• Position location: Austin, Texas, United States.
• Full-time employment; no travel is required.
