R&D Samples Coordinator

Location: Marsa, Malta

Salary: From €19,200 annually, with potential for benefits, discretionary bonuses, and/or long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Manage logistical operations supporting R&D testing requirements.
• Handle samples from reception through storage, traceability, and discard.
• Manage climatic chambers and areas used for real-time and accelerated ageing processes.
• Maintain work areas in accordance with applicable EHS requirements.
• Support sample shipments to hirify.global facilities and external companies, including sterilization providers.
• Carry out warehouse activities, including moving boxes or pallets with a forklift when required.

Requirements

• O’ Level standard of education.
• ECDL certification or proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
• Lifter user certification is preferred.
