Sr. Specialist, SNC Process

Location: Marsa, Malta

Salary: Minimum annual base salary of €39,200, with the potential for a higher starting salary based on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary functional escalation point for complex, high-impact, ambiguous, or time-sensitive supplier notification cases.
• Support SNC process governance reviews, process controls, performance analysis, and stakeholder coordination.
• Translate operational data into priorities, risk insights, recommendations, and management reporting.
• Facilitate documentation, coaching, process monitoring, and consistent application of process standards.
• Define requirements for process, reporting, portal, and workflow enhancements.
• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement in a global, matrixed, regulated environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, quality, manufacturing operations, supplier management, process governance, or a related function.
• Experience supporting global, cross-functional processes in a matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, risk assessment, stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of SNC intake portals, SQLM, TrackWise, or comparable supplier-change and quality workflow systems.
• Fluent English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with supplier change notifications, quality or change-control processes, supply continuity, workflow management, or process governance.
• Experience in a regulated industry.
• Advanced Excel and working proficiency with Power BI.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Coupa, or JD Edwards.
• Additional language skills.
