Sr Material Coordinator / Shift Overviewer Warehouse

Location: On-site in Breda, Netherlands. The role follows an early/late shift pattern from Monday to Friday, with five day shifts including weekends once every five weeks.

What you will do

• Coordinate and carry out Production Work Order picking activities for the warehouse team.
• Ensure production lines receive required materials on time and in full.
• Organize and oversee PWO, CP, and other Warehouse Operations activities.
• Coach and mentor team members on the shop floor and support interviews for temporary or flexible workers.
• Lead team huddles and shift handovers while resolving operational issues with supporting departments.
• Act as a subject matter expert and support continuous improvement across warehouse processes.

Requirements

• MBO-level education in a relevant field or equivalent relevant experience.
• More than three years of experience in logistics, operations, or manufacturing.
• Experience in an Overviewer or Team Lead role, including workload coordination and delegation.
• Working knowledge of SAP, warehouse management systems, and/or MES.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work the required shift schedule.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
