Logistics Coordinator

What you will do

• Receive and process customer shipment orders for import and export operations.
• Book freight with nominated carriers according to customer carrier guidelines.
• Coordinate with truckers and other stakeholders on empty container collection, stuffing, and delivery of laden containers to the port.
• Provide quotations for warehousing, transportation, and documentation services.
• Prepare permits, applications, declarations, Letters of Credit, and final shipping documents.
• Monitor shipping documents for shipment clearance and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Onsite work in Singapore is required.
• High school education; a diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is advantageous.
• Strong communication, coordination, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Nice to have

• One to two years of experience managing sea operations.
• Familiarity with SAP, logistics software, and Microsoft Office applications.
