What you will do

• Define and implement advanced software quality engineering strategies focused on automation, AI/ML, and scalability.
• Develop, execute, and optimize complex test plans, frameworks, standards, and documentation.
• Lead cross-functional and cross-business-unit initiatives involving regression standardization, test data management, and coverage optimization.
• Apply data analytics and predictive techniques to identify defects, prevent escapes, and assess customer risk.
• Debug and validate complex software systems across computation, data processing, and control-system integrations.
• Provide technical leadership on critical issues, escalations, corrective actions, and product-quality improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 7–10 years of experience in software quality engineering or a related domain.
• Deep knowledge of software testing, automation frameworks, and quality engineering practices.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills for complex quality and system issues.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Relocation is not available for this position.
