What you will do

• Drive innovation and development of CVD processes and hardware technology.
• Define technical paths for solving high-value engineering problems.
• Plan and execute complex process engineering development projects.
• Characterize processes and hardware on highly complex systems.
• Develop materials, deposition techniques, and film integration approaches for semiconductor manufacturing.
• Collaborate with internal teams, R&D groups, vendors, suppliers, and customers to deliver performance solutions.

Requirements

• Technical expertise in the relevant engineering field.
• Experience with semiconductor processing technology is beneficial.
• Ability to lead complex projects and define execution strategies.
• Ability to analyze complex process and hardware tradeoffs and develop effective solutions.
• Strong independent and collaborative working skills with excellent communication.
