Advanced Manufacturing Process Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Support process transfer, equipment planning, selection, configuration, installation, startup, and volume ramp.
• Establish and document process engineering procedures and production SOPs.
• Create training materials and train shift technicians.
• Coordinate with Process Integration, Manufacturing, Technology Development, vendors, and equipment suppliers to support ramp-up plans.
• Support daily sustaining activities, performance tracking, equipment matching, and continuous improvement after equipment startup.
• Apply Statistical Process Control, structured problem-solving, and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Solid State Physics, or a related field, with graduation expected in 2027.
• Overall GPA of at least 3.0 and good academic standing.
• Written and verbal English fluency required.
• Ability to work safely and support Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security requirements.
