What you will do

• Develop and optimize patterning test vehicle flows for advanced patterning technology development.
• Analyze experimental data to establish process windows, specifications, and material requirements.
• Improve advanced patterning short-loop processes and key metrics including CD, CDU, LER, LWR, DOF, exposure latitude, SPC, yield, and defectivity.
• Partner with process and integration engineering teams to develop integrated process flows and troubleshoot complex process issues.
• Design experiments, analyze data, and prepare technical reports for joint development programs with external partners.
• Communicate technical findings to internal and external customers and drive issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 4–7 years of semiconductor experience in advanced lithography, patterning, or semiconductor process development.
• Strong analytical, data analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause investigation skills.
• Ability to solve complex technical problems through engineering judgment and hands-on experimentation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work.
