What you will do

• Lead the monitoring and control of reticle quality and performance to improve microprocessor yield and affordability.
• Drive continuous improvement in tool health and process matching across reticle platforms using Virtual Factory BIC learnings.
• Manage mask health and defect containment to prevent excursions and ensure high quality standards.
• Apply model-based problem solving to identify root causes of reticle changes and develop permanent solutions.
• Manage tool installations, conversions, and qualifications for new technology start-ups.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers to build team capability for future challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in a related science or engineering field.
• 7+ years of process engineering experience in wafer fabrication.
• 5+ years of specialized experience in reticle lithography, including process flow and lithography theory.
• Must be a US citizen.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with advanced data analysis.

Nice to have

• M.S. or Ph.D. degree.
• Technical expertise in EUV and immersion lithography processes.
• Experience working directly in a Mask shop.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as JMP, SPC, MATLAB, or Mathematica.
• Prior experience with US Government contracts or an active Secret level clearance.
