Manager, MDP Installation Customer Engineer (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Pyeongtaek-NF Summit, South Korea. Relocation is not available. Travel is required for 20% of the time.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain customer relationships across all relevant levels and conduct regular customer visits.
• Manage, coach, and direct customer engineers, including objective setting, performance reviews, career planning, salary planning, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Product Divisions, technical support, training, spares, reliability, sales, and field engineering.
• Plan, report, and execute system installations, including pre-facility meetings, start-up meetings, and process support identification.
• Lead account planning, sales support planning, financial forecasting, cost-efficiency initiatives, and business reporting for the district.
• Manage escalation and RMA procedures, engineer effectiveness measurement, mentoring programs, and customer engineer hours tracking.

Requirements

• Experience managing and directing customer or field engineering teams.
• Ability to analyze situations and data, evaluate relevant factors, and make decisions within established procedures.
• Ability to present technical information concerning specific projects or schedules and gain cooperation from stakeholders.
• Understanding of business objectives, operational policies, financial results, and cost efficiency.
