Sr. Director, Finance – EMEA

What you will do

• Lead financial strategy and performance management across the EMEA region, covering more than 20 countries, subsidiaries, and channel-partner markets.
• Own regional P&L, balance sheet, working capital, cash flow, and quality of earnings performance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, monthly outlooks, and long-range planning.
• Provide actionable financial and operational insights to regional and global leadership.
• Drive productivity, margin expansion, working capital improvement, compliance, governance, controls, and operational excellence.
• Build and develop a high-performing finance organization while supporting finance transformation, ERP harmonization, automation, and AI-enabled analytics.

Requirements

• Proven finance leadership experience in a complex, multi-country or regional organization.
• Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or technology environment.
• Strong experience owning full P&L and balance sheet performance, including growth, margins, working capital, and cash flow.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience with financial planning, forecasting, reporting, business partnering, and finance team development.
• Strong commercial, operational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a matrixed global organization.

Nice to have

• CPA, CFA, CIMA, or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience with technology, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled business insights.
• Experience implementing Veralto Enterprise System tools and methodologies.
