What you will do

• Design and implement packaging processes for new isolation products.
• Evaluate material reliability, properties, and explore new production methodologies.
• Conduct Design of Experiments (DOE) to optimize newly developed processes.
• Collaborate with IC designers, manufacturing teams, and contract manufacturers to validate new device processes.
• Perform process yield analysis and lead failure investigations for new device-related issues.
• Execute engineering programs to achieve cost reduction and improve manufacturing quality and reliability.

Requirements

• Strong background in Mechanical Engineering and semiconductor packaging process development.
• Hands-on experience in Die Attach, Wire Bonding, Encapsulation/Molding, Trim & Form, and Vision Inspection.
• Familiarity with mechanical leadframe design rules and semiconductor physical failure analysis.
• Experience in IC packaging, high-voltage isolation requirements, and materials.
• Proficiency in Solidworks, Ansys, and CAD simulation tools.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills with a solution-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience leading NPI projects from verification/qualification through high-volume soft launch.
