• Lead and mentor a team of 9+ engineers, driving project execution and ensuring timely delivery of commitments
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional stakeholders to shape the product roadmap
• Drive the development of hirify.global Linux, with a focus on maintaining high quality, reliability, and scalability
• Hire and develop technical talent, taking primary responsibility for delivering through others
• Manage team performance and provide guidance and mentorship to team members
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Experience with Linux
• Proven track record of hiring, developing, and managing high-performing technical teams
• Experience leading or developing high quality, enterprise scale software products using a structured SDLC
• Experience delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity
• Knowledge of engineering practices including coding standards, code reviews, and livesite operations
