Technical Sales Support Specialist

Location: Bucharest, Romania; travel up to 50% across assigned regions

What you will do

• Provide technical and commercial consulting to customers, distributors, partners, and strategic accounts.
• Conduct site surveys across primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging and production line applications.
• Design solutions and recommend product configurations aligned with customer requirements.
• Demonstrate continuous inkjet, thermal inkjet, laser, labeling, and high-resolution printing systems.
• Support partner Field Service teams with remote and on-site troubleshooting guidance.
• Train channel partners and customer accounts on technical skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of combined sales and technical customer support experience.
• Strong experience in electro-mechanical troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair.
• Knowledge of lead generation, value selling, and negotiation.
• Excellent English communication skills; Russian is an advantage.
• Customer-focused, problem-solving approach with strong teamwork and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time across assigned regions.
