Location: Bucharest, Romania (Hybrid work policy available).

What you will do
- Define and execute the regional business development strategy for the drone and UAV segment.
- Drive system-level sales by integrating hardware, software, and AI-enabled solutions for OEMs and industrial players.
- Build and expand the regional ecosystem, including module vendors, design houses, and system integrators.
- Lead complex design-win cycles from initial identification to final closure.
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with executive and technical stakeholders.
- Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to influence product roadmaps.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business development or strategic sales.
- Engineering degree (electronics, embedded systems, telecom, or equivalent).
- Proven track record in managing complex B2B sales cycles and securing high-value design wins.
- Strong experience in drones, robotics, aerospace, or embedded systems markets.
- Experience with AI-enabled systems and edge application integration.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
Nice to have
- Experience in system-level selling beyond individual components.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills at the executive level.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
