What you will do
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and lower production costs.
- Develop and enforce quality control procedures to ensure products meet required standards.
- Diagnose production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Document operational risk assessments, standard operating procedures, processing parameters, and other production processes.
- Prepare monthly KPI reports and develop safety guidelines and protocols.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Production Engineer or Process Engineer in a manufacturing enterprise.
- Proactive approach and willingness to learn new skills and knowledge.
- Ability to work onsite in Zhangjiagang, China.
Nice to have
- Experience in the technical textile industry.
- Experience with coating or plastisol chemistry.
