Suzhou Energy Production Supervisor

Location: Suzhou, China; onsite shopfloor role

What you will do

• Manage shift leaders and production operators according to company principles, rules, and production plans.
• Monitor production progress, process quality, attendance, discipline, and compliance with standards.
• Lead shopfloor safety, 5S, continuous improvement, scrap reduction, and monthly safety walk activities.
• Resolve production issues with the team and support the development of new products, processes, and machines.
• Train shift leaders and operators and communicate laws, regulations, company policies, and operational updates.
• Report and investigate near misses, accidents, and other incidents, analyze root causes, and implement safety precautions.

Requirements

• Experience managing production shift leaders and operators in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of onsite safety management and the ability to stop unsafe or illegal operations immediately.
• Ability to organize production against a plan and ensure output meets quality standards.
• Ability to train production staff, communicate operational information, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Ability to participate in accident investigations, root-cause analysis, risk assessment improvement, and safety training.
