Field Service Engineer (Manufacturing Equipment)

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States; home-based role with regional travel throughout the Greater Dallas area and occasional overnight travel.

Salary: $28.00–$30.00 USD per hour, plus eligibility for incentive pay.

What you will do

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair coding and marking equipment at customer facilities.
• Travel throughout the Greater Dallas territory to support manufacturing customers, primarily during daytime hours.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues and deliver timely solutions.
• Act as a technical advisor and problem solver while building customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities for service agreements and newer technology solutions.

Requirements

• Up to two years of technical, mechanical, electrical, or field service experience.
• Basic computer and technical proficiency, including email, mobile applications, and Microsoft Word.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight travel.
• Ability to comply with customer safety requirements, PPE standards, and site access policies.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate a company vehicle.
