What you will do

  • Identify, develop, and secure new capital equipment opportunities across the Patient Support Systems portfolio.
  • Drive market share growth through competitor displacement, conversion strategies, and large-scale bed replacement projects.
  • Lead complex sales cycles from opportunity identification through contract award, implementation, and post-sale support.
  • Build account and territory plans for NHS Trusts, London accounts, and private healthcare customers.
  • Develop value-based business cases, negotiate commercial agreements, and navigate NHS procurement frameworks and competitive tenders.
  • Grow the installed customer base through retention, up-selling, cross-selling, CRM management, and data-driven sales planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of successful experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or capital equipment sales.
  • Proven experience selling into NHS acute care environments and winning large-scale capital equipment projects.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles with clinical, operational, procurement, and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, commercial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales planning tools, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and territories.
