What you will do

• Establish and monitor production metrics, budgets, capacity, schedules, and timelines.
• Optimize resources and operational efficiency to reduce costs and support on-time customer delivery.
• Lead production and supply chain teams while ensuring compliance with operational, housekeeping, and safety procedures.
• Drive Lean, safety, quality, process improvement, and corrective-action initiatives.
• Identify technologies that improve production methods, cycle time, resource utilization, and profitability.
• Partner with senior management and develop direct reports through leadership, mentoring, training, and systems optimization.

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of concepts, theories, and principles in the relevant job family.
• Understanding of the semiconductor and manufacturing industry and how operations support business objectives.
• Experience managing a generally homogeneous team and adapting priorities to operational challenges.
• Ability to identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems.
• Ability to work in manufacturing environments that may involve extended standing, walking, tight spaces, noise, and use of hand and power tools.
• Ability to use required personal protective equipment when working in a clean room, including coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields.
